CONTEXT
I worked as a Lead Designer on a proposal aiming to rethink and redesign the Samsonite e-commerce website. The deal was closed after a convincing pitch.
DESIGN CHALLENGE
Incarnating the boldness of the new Samsonite identity while designing the best user experience possible and reinventing the showcase of products and their characteristics. Highlighting Samsonite complementary services, such as luggage personalization, to reach business target.
OUTCOMES
The key journeys are more fluid and the brand image is modernized.
